FUEGO is a multi-media art studio school run by artist Mitch Berg in Albuquerque's South Valley. Offering intimate multi-day workshops, a non-profit apprenticeship program for marginalized adults and collaborative work space, Fuego is a hub for creativity, learning and fun.
Like Mitch's artwork made from found objects, Fuego Studio is built from converted shipping containers, a disused semi-truck, and an abandoned building. While the construction makes creative reuse of cast-off materials, it is also ADA-compliant.
Fuego is a member of the non-profit incubator, Rio Grande Community Development Corporation.
